Learn traditional yoga poses with the support of a chair. Breathing and relaxation techniques, flexibility, strength, and balance will be taught. Great for seniors. Wear loose clothing.
|Anne Owens, BSN, MA, CYT, EYT, Reiki Master, Owens has been teaching gentle yoga since 2007 and welcomes all students who wish to relax, rejuvenate, stretch and build strength through a slow paced gentle yoga practice. She has a background in anatomy and nursing and has taught yoga to diverse populations from inmates at the local jail, pre and postpartum women, children with disabilities and individuals with physical challenges. Owens also works at LakeHealth providing Reiki to both inpatients and outpatients|
